Meditation Training – 10 Hours (Yoga Alliance CE)


Deepen your personal meditation practice and gain the skills to confidently guide others in this 10-hour Meditation Training from Yoga ATX. This course explores the roots of meditation within yogic philosophy while offering practical, accessible techniques that support modern life and teaching environments.

Students will study the history and philosophy of meditation, the science behind stress regulation and mindfulness, and a variety of meditation styles, including breath awareness, loving-kindness, mantra, visualization, chakra-based practices, and movement meditation. Emphasis is placed on creating inclusive, trauma-aware experiences that meet practitioners where they are.

This training is ideal for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and dedicated students seeking to expand their toolkit or earn Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP-eligible) hours. Graduates will leave with a stronger personal practice, a clear understanding of how meditation supports nervous system health, and the confidence to teach guided meditation in group or private settings.
