SUP Fitness: Burn + BalanceBurn + Balance is SUP fitness reimagined — a strength training class done entirely on a paddle board. This isn’t just yoga on the water. It’s controlled, intentional resistance training using bands to build muscular strength, endurance, and stability while the water constantly challenges your core. Every squat, row, press, and hinge demands focus because the board moves beneath you. The result? Deeper core activation, improved balance, and serious strength gains — all under the open sky. It’s athletic. It’s empowering. And it’s a whole new way to train on the water. Class information coming soon!FAQs
