Zumba


I've been a licensed Zumba instructor since March 2017 and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Zumba in Circuit, and Strong Nation (by Zumba). Come join me, I promise you will have a blast!

Zumba offers a fun and energizing way to improve both physical fitness and mental well-being. This dance-based workout blends Latin and international music with easy-to-follow choreography, making it feel more like a party than exercise. Physically, Zumba provides a full-body cardio workout that can help improve heart health, burn calories, tone muscles, and boost endurance. It’s also great for coordination and flexibility, as the varied movements engage different muscle groups. Mentally, Zumba is a powerful mood booster—it helps reduce stress, release endorphins, and increase confidence through movement and expression. Because it’s enjoyable and inclusive, Zumba makes it easier to stick with a consistent fitness routine, whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned mover.

My Zumba classes are geared for all levels and beginners are absolutely welcome! It’s a fun workout but you should take breaks when you feel you need one - grab some water and rejoin when you’re ready!
