Led by Mina Vera, a licensed fitness instructor with experience in Aqua Zumba, Zumba, CIRCL Mobility, and strength-based movement, each class blends music, simple choreography, functional exercises, and energizing movement. Sessions can be adapted for apartment communities, wellness programs, senior groups, private events, and community fitness offerings.
