Mina Vera offers a variety of wellness and fitness classes designed for all ages and abilities, including yoga, chair yoga, meditation, strength training, barre, Zumba®, aqua fitness, mobility training, and mindfulness practices. She teaches at fitness centers, apartment communities, and assisted living facilities throughout the Austin area, creating accessible and engaging experiences that support lifelong health and well-being. In addition to her fitness and wellness offerings, Mina provides CPR and First Aid training throughout North Austin, empowering individuals, families, and organizations with life-saving skills and confidence in emergency situations. Through Yoga ATX, Mina is committed to making movement, education, and holistic wellness accessible to the community.
