Meet the Teacher

Meet Mina Vera, founder of Yoga ATX, an experienced yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and wellness educator dedicated to helping people move with confidence and joy. With over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, she holds the E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP credentials through the Yoga Alliance and is a licensed Zumba instructor and personal trainer. Her approach blends yoga, strength training, mobility, meditation, and cardio to support whole-person wellness at every stage of life.

In addition to her fitness and wellness offerings, Mina is a certified CPR instructor who empowers individuals, families, and organizations with lifesaving skills and confidence in emergency situations. She believes that true wellness extends beyond movement and mindfulness to include preparedness, safety, and the ability to care for others when it matters most.

Whether leading a yoga class, strength workout, mermaid fitness session, CPR training, or retreat abroad, Mina creates welcoming experiences that inspire growth, connection, and lasting health.
